We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in TTI Admin (IDS4): the Upgrade Tool! Designed to simplify your move to TTI’s latest report versions, this self-service tool eliminates the need for guesswork or support tickets. Account Admins can now identify, preview, and complete upgrades with ease. The new feature can be enabled on August 19, 2025.
Let’s walk through how it works.
To begin using the Upgrade Tool, first enable it through the Early Access Features in TTI Admin. Go to your Account Settings and locate the Early Access Features section. Once enabled, you’ll gain access to the Upgrade Tool and can start exploring its capabilities right away.
These beta features are available for testing and feedback before they’re released more broadly.
After opting in, look for a new Upgrades menu item in the left sidebar. This option only appears if your account has eligible reports or links to upgrade. If you don’t see it yet, don’t worry—it simply means there are no upgradeable items available for your account at this time.
Currently, the upgrade tool only supports reports built with the new EQ questionnaire, allowing you to upgrade them to the 2025 EQ Report format.
When you're ready to upgrade a link:
1. Select the link you want to upgrade.
2. Use the preview (👁️) icon to compare the current version with the upgraded 2025 version.
Pro tip: Check which languages are supported in the 2025 preview before proceeding.
3. Apply an existing customization or create a new customization through the Upgrade Tool to carry over preferences to the new report—only new 2025 EQ sections need to be configured.
In the Reports tab, you’ll find all individual reports that are eligible for upgrade. Similar to working with links, you can:
Upgrades are permanent. Once completed, you can’t go back to the old report version.

With the new Upgrade Tool, switching to the latest 2025 EQ reports is now faster and more seamless than ever. Now, you don’t have to guess which versions are eligible, risk losing customizations, or wait on support. You can now upgrade reports on your own with most custom settings carried over, saving time and ensuring a smooth transition for you and your clients.
