What do you do at TTI SI?
As the VP of Partner Services, I get to lead the team that manages and executes all customer-facing interactions. I have more than a decade of experience on the Partner side. I try to bring reality and ease to the relationships between our customers, partners, and internal TTI SI staff.
My role is to ensure that the TTI team has the resources and knowledge to best connect with and partner with our customers to make the world a better place by helping reveal human potential.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I'm passionate about creating environments that are fun and effective. I try to remove obstacles for team members, partners, and clients by ensuring that they have what they need to do their best work efficiently and effectively. I like to move fast, I like to get things done and I like to see the end result.
Working through our Professional Services team, I'm able to better understand what's happening at the client level and bring that information back to our internal team. I'm motivated by achieving more, doing better, and being better individually, as a team, and as an organization. I get to do this while living out my personal values... being authentic, transparent, open-minded, and adventurous all while maintaining a sense of humor and fun! Life's too short to live any other way.
Who are you outside of work?
My husband and I have been called adrenaline junkies from time to time. We love to try new things and share new experiences. If we're able to do that being outdoors: bonus points! When I can, I like to be on or behind a boat, hiking (preferably with our two dogs), in the pool, or exploring somewhere new — the culture, the food, the sights! I love jumping out of perfectly good airplanes and would spend all my spare time in San Diego if I could (it's my happy place and favorite place we've lived). When a new opportunity or challenge (personally or professionally) is thrown my way, I've made it my mission to say yes! Life is for living.

I am the first contact with potential partners to see if we are a good fit for each other to explore the use of our assessments in their business.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I appreciate how TTI SI can help business owners complement and grow their businesses so I welcome the conversations to learn more about our potential consultants. I am motivated to make sure we are a good fit for each person. I value honesty, integrity, and loyalty which I get to live out in my everyday connections with co-workers and potential customers.
Who are you outside of work?
I love sports! I will go to just about any live sporting event but my favorite is football. I love hiking and doing things outdoors but also a foodie so I love to try new restaurants. I also love music so you can invite me to any concert and I will probably go with you.
I am passionate about living life to the fullest. I am grateful for what I have and want to make sure I enjoy the people around me every day.

What do you do at TTI SI?
As a Partner Growth Advisor, I help our network with strategies to integrate our assessments into their work so that they can serve their clients at the highest level. Whether it's helping them to know which combination of assessments is best for a specific situation, creating leverage in their business, reviewing marketing strategies, or discussing best practices around pricing, proposals, and more, my objective is to help them grow their business while utilizing TTI Success Insights assessments and various resources.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I am passionate about helping people get more of what they want, and experience less of what they don't. I love helping people work smarter, not harder, and to realize their version of success. This directly relates to my role at TTI Success Insights. I believe it's vitally important to connect deeper with each other and my role allows me to help people do just that.
Who are you outside of work?
I relish my time with my kids! Having one about to graduate from college, and the other about to drive, my time with them is fewer and farther between, so when I have time with them, we make the most of it!
I am a movie buff, love jigsaw puzzles/cards/games, and I enjoy the gorgeous weather here in Scottsdale via walking/hiking, local art fairs, and listening to live music. (And a happy hour with my gal pals is always welcome!)

What do you do at TTI SI?
I work with companies that are looking to use our assessments and I help connect them to coaches in our network. I also keep up to date on competitive research and facilitate training. All of these things help our partners grow their businesses to the next level.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I am passionate about helping people do what they love and our assessments are an amazing tool that gives individuals the opportunity to see their unique value. I try to live every day with a lot of gratitude for life and everything in it. I strive to help others live in a place of gratitude and my work lets me help do just that.
Who are you outside of work?
I have three kiddos: two boys and a girl, I love to travel and try new experiences. My goal is to travel to every state and continent. I am also very active in our church and I am learning the violin.
