They Value Support and Communication. Millennials with high levels of satisfaction also reported their organizations have open and free-flowing communication, a culture of mutual support and tolerance, a strong sense of purpose beyond financial success and active encouragement of ideas among all employees (source: The Deloitte Millennial Survey 2016).
