Al is a regional loss prevention manager for a specialty retail chain and has worked in similar capacities within the retail industry for over 20 years. During his career, Al has worked with teams and organizations throughout the Midwest and East Coast. He has recently formalized his consulting practice, Career Path Consulting and Development, and will be focusing on talent selection and benchmarking, along with training and development.
