What do you do at TTI SI?
I am the Learning and Certifications Team Manager. We aim to be the hub of educational materials and resources for TTI SI, both internally and externally. We are excited about the opportunities for the future and are currently rethinking our certification processes and structure. We are also adding new content through live and virtual hosted events as well as new modules for our Learn platform.
I strive to partner with our network to leverage shared expertise and ensure that we provide resources to make the application of our assessment tools more effective.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I truly believe our tools help people live more fulfilling and enjoyable lives and help organizations become more effective. I love being able to work with such a smart, fun, and motivated group of people to make workplaces better, one person at a time.
Working here for so many years has been an incredible journey of learning and development. The opportunity to learn many different business perspectives from many corners of the world has taught me so much.
Who are you outside of work?
When she’s not working, I love being outdoors, walking my dogs, kayaking, gardening, caring for my fruit orchard, and watching the sky. I’m very fortunate to have all of that in my backyard!

What do you do at TTI SI?
As my role continues to evolve, I work to make our internal and external users have good experiences when interacting with our tools, products, and systems.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about working at TTI SI is the culture! I love the people we work with— this is by far the best group of co-workers I have ever had and I am challenged to be a better version of myself through the use of our tools.
Who are you outside of work?
I love finding events and activities to attend. Traveling and going to shows and performances is one of my favorite things. I moved to Phoenix about 15 years ago and love the desert! I spend my time with my family and friends.
CASSANDRA NELSON

What do you do at TTI SI?
I facilitate TTI SI training through Talent Insights boot camp, EQ certification workshops, and DISC and 12 Driving Forces client certifications. I also create and update curriculum and support materials.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about working here is the caliber and talent of the staff. My coworkers are exceptional and we are all passionate about what we do, which shows through our work.
I also enjoy helping others reach their potential and accomplish their goals! This role lets me do that.
Who are you outside of work?
I like to journal, walk my dog, and spend time with my husband, family, and friends. I am a foodie and I love to explore new cuisine and try new restaurants.

I monitor training, resources, and exams to ensure that they align snd I also grade all North American exams and provide feedback!
Finding the best ways to transfer knowledge about our tools and seeing people get certified in our sciences is one of the best parts of my role. Knowing that lives will change as a result of our assessments is incredibly rewarding.
What’s your favorite thing about working here?
I absolutely adore the people I work with!! My passion is mentorship since I have been in the corporate world for a long time and have gathered varied experiences. My goal is to share my successes and failures with my colleagues and co-workers. I get to help facilitate their own self-discovery and make good choices in their quest for leadership.
Who are you outside of work?
When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband traveling, enjoying great food and wine, and visiting our friends and family. I love appreciating the joy and beauty of nature and have a special place in my heart for our pet corgi named Woody.
