Every 20 seconds, someone around the world takes a TTI Success Insights assessment. This global impact is the result of forty years of leading the assessment industry and sparking transformative experiences.

TTI knows that assessments are simply the tool and that people are at the heart of meaningful transformation. Individuals, teams, and organizations are all touched when someone decides to learn more about themselves. It can be a vulnerable process, but the results speak for themselves.

And, now, those transformed by assessments around the globe can speak for themselves, too. TTI is thrilled to share its first documentary, SEEN.

Experience a Global Impact

SEEN takes you through the experiences of four workplaces worldwide. Travel to Arizona, USA; Kofu, Japan; Budapest, Hungary; and Shanghai, China, to meet the teams and learn exactly how assessments changed their lives.

Starting at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, SEEN shares how students and career coaches alike experienced breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives.

“I would say the TTI assessments became essentially my gospel of truth,” said Arunmina Gupta, a Thunderbird student focusing on project management. “Every time I looked at it, it was like a visit to a psychic because I kept thinking, ‘I needed somebody to tell me, okay, this is what you're good at. This is what you need to work on,’ and that's exactly what TTI did for me. The report also helped me understand some of the nuances of what people could be like in their personal lives.”

The documentary moves across the globe and into the workplace, showing just how powerful it is to be truly seen. In Phoenix, graduate student consultants from Thunderbird unlock new ways to communicate and appreciate one another while pursuing their goals in the Global Consulting Challenge Labs.  Starting with a pilot program for managers and department heads to develop with Talent Insights, the team in C2C Global Education Japan, an education group with over 70 years of history, used assessments to complete an ‘organizational analysis’ to understand the company culture and enhance the accuracy of the hiring process.

In Hungary, one of Europe’s largest producers of private-label pet food, Partner in Pet Food used assessments in leadership training to explore individual dynamics within the team and entire organizations, while in China, leaders and employees from SI Group, a global leader in the innovative technology of chemical intermediates, used assessments to navigate change management and increase self-awareness and clarity within their teams, transforming communication between individuals and the entire organization.

“[These assessments] carry value I can fully identify: integrity, communication, and cultural diversity, all the foundations that connect us,” said Gabriella Varga, the Master Distributor of TTI Hungary.

How Do Assessments Matter Across the World?

Assessments are powerful tools in the workplace. They can improve communication, help build stronger teams, increase engagement, improve performance, and open the door for employee development.

SEEN shows that TTI assessments bring value across different cultures and the world, not in spite of their different environments but because of them.

TTI’s assessments excel in different global markets because they are localized, with a substantial focus on accurate translations and turns of phrase that are specific to each culture.

Instead of having to struggle through a poorly translated assessment meant for an English-speaking end user, people taking TTI assessments across the world are able to experience the power of personalization and data-driven results.

“Showing the impact of our work among different industries across the globe to the public and making the TTI brand SEEN is very rewarding for me,” said Kefei Wang, TTI’s Global Partner Strategy Manager. “I love hearing real-life stories from end users about how our tools help them embrace themselves, connect with one another, and come together as a stronger team. At the end of the day, we all want to be appreciated and understood as unique human beings. Our work lets that happen.”

Feel SEEN in Your Workplace

No matter who you are or where you are, you deserve to feel seen by the people around you. TTI is dedicated to creating that understanding across the world.

“I am so glad to share how our international presence has made an impact in so many lives around the world,” said Vanessa Boettcher, the Vice President of Global Distribution at TTI. “Helping shape the future of young people and creating self-awareness that will drive growth and fulfillment are some of the best things I get to do in life. We’re so excited to share the stories of our international partners with you.”
